My mum has been in Hesslewood House for coming up to 7 months now, and during that time, there have been endless decorating/themed projects in operation. There is a beautiful hair salon, an American-themed dining room, a cinema with a large screen and cinema seats, and a tasteful seating area overlooking the beautiful gardens and endless decorating around the residential areas. The most recent project has been the reception area, which has been decorated beautifully and tastefully furnished with such attention to detail. For any family member or friend who comes to visit, it’s such a comfort knowing our loved ones are looked after and live in such beautiful surroundings.
I can not praise the Manager and staff enough at Hesslewood House Care home. My brother has been a resident at the care home for over a year now, and he is very happy and settled there. The residents are being taken care of so well. There are lots of activities and shows, etc., for the residents and families. You have to see it to believe how exceptional the displays and decorations are for absolutely every event. So much hard work and thought is put into each event.
