When Harpreet Banwait was searching for a care home for his grandfather, he visited dozens of places. Some looked polished, but few felt like home. He saw firsthand how wide the gap could be between the services offered and the warmth and dignity older people deserve.
That experience changed everything.
Harpreet’s grandfather became our very first Strong Life Care resident. That’s not just a fact—it’s a mission statement. Family has always been at the core of everything we do.
We treat every resident like we’d want our own loved ones to be treated—with respect, compassion, and genuine care. We know this only works when the people giving the care feel just as supported, so we treat our staff like family, too.
And it shows.
While the care sector sees an average staff turnover of 44%, ours is just 1.8%. That’s no accident. It’s a culture. It’s a commitment. It’s the result of making people feel valued, every single day.
