There’s nothing average about any of the team at Strong Life Care. We represent a diverse range of people, just like our residents. But we do all have one thing in common: a desire to provide outstanding care in a welcoming environment. We want people to love their life and celebrate the individual that they are. 

To empower our team to do that, we take great care of them, too. It’s why we have staff who’ve stayed with us since we opened our very first care home. Our staff turnover rate is just 1.8% when the industry average is 44%. That’s not only something we’re proud of, but we believe it’s crucial in delivering the care we set out to give.
