My dad was in Cooper House for respite care. Unfortunately, he passed away last week. I would like to thank all the staff for the loving 24 hr care they gave to my dad. I know he was being looked after properly and the meals were all home-cooked. I am so grateful to you all.
I have observed my brother’s care over many months, which he receives on a one-to-one basis, 24 hours a day. I consider that the staff do a sterling job in looking after him. The family are very grateful.
My dad is lovingly cared for at Cooper House. I know he is kept safe – the staff go above and beyond to do this and care for his needs – from carers, nurses, and the management team. They are also there for us as a family, which means so very much.
Dad is happy, feels secure, and I couldn’t ask for better people to care for him 24/7.
